This website is run by Musicians PNW Showcase. This page explains what information the site collects from you, why, and what we do with it. It is short because the site does very little with your information.

What we collect

The only place this site asks you for information is the contact form. When you send it, we receive:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number, if you choose to give one
• The subject line, if you fill one in
• Your message

The form also records the IP address your message was sent from. You are not asked for it; the web server sees it on every request and we save it alongside the message. We use it only to help identify spam or abuse.

You can browse every other part of this site without giving us anything.

Why we collect it

So we can read your message and reply to you. That is the only reason. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not build a profile of you, and we do not use your details for advertising.

Where it goes

When you submit the contact form, the message is saved in this website's own database and a copy is emailed to us so we see it promptly. Nobody else receives it.

How long we keep it

Contact form messages stay in our inbox until we delete them by hand. There is no automatic deletion. We remove messages once we no longer need them, and we will delete yours sooner if you ask.

We do not sell or share your information

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your information with anyone. We would only hand it over if we were legally required to, for example by a valid court order.

Cookies

This site sets one cookie, a standard PHP session cookie. It holds a security token that protects the contact form from being submitted by other websites on your behalf, and it carries one-time notices such as the confirmation you see after sending a message. If you are a site administrator signing in, the same cookie is what keeps you signed in. It contains no personal information about you and it is deleted when you close your browser.

We use no tracking cookies and no advertising cookies.

What this site does not do

• No analytics. There is no Google Analytics or any other visitor-tracking service on this site.
• No tracking pixels or advertising networks.
• No embedded content from other companies, such as social media widgets, maps, or third-party video players.
• No payments. The site does not take money and does not handle card details.
• No newsletter or mailing list signup.
• No visitor accounts, logins, or comments.

How to see or delete your information

Email musicianspnwshowcase@gmail.com and tell us the name and email address you used. We will tell you what we hold and delete it if you want us to. You do not have to give a reason.

Children

This site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us their details, email us and we will delete them.

Links to other sites

Some pages link out to musicians' and venues' own websites and social media pages. Once you follow one of those links you are on someone else's site, under their privacy policy, not ours.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the site handles your information, we will update this page.
